; Before we could start our first trip to the gym we need of course a sports outfit and of course matching shoes . (I confess I have absolutely no sneakers except Converse)
Unfortunately I had to quickly determine the most sports shoes look horrible : D
And if I'd order a lot of money Shoes must buy, then at least which ones I like!
I am then, ultimately,'ve found:

After shopping we went from then to the gym!
20 min treadmill
20 min - 30 min cross trainer
- Weightlifting
We then also all the same logged per month we pay 20 € and can go as often as we want to train
On Monday we go back to the gym and on Wednesday I go with my brother and climbing.
I had already forgotten how much fun ch me a sport!
